Joi Reddon (Joi Giovanni) is a multifaceted recording artist, Executive Producer, Film Director, and Writer with over 11 years of experience in the entertainment industry. With an associate degree in Arts and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Digital Filmmaking at the Los Angeles Film School, Joi is deeply passionate about all aspects of film and music production. As the Executive Producer, Film Director, and Screenwriter at Out Of The Box Cinemas, in partnership with Rukaiyah Williams, she is dedicated to not only creating compelling stories but also nurturing the talents of the actors involved in her projects. Joi’s artistic journey includes accomplishments as a published model, actress, and recording artist, with two released projects—Intentional Controversy and Second 2 None. She is now making waves in the film industry with her upcoming directorial project, Impulsive. Joi values honesty and respect, bringing these principles to every aspect of her creative endeavors

Rukaiyah Williams is a seasoned creative professional and Charleston native with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. She is also a proud grandmother and devoted mother to Antonio D. Forrest Jr. With a lifelong passion for storytelling and the arts, Rukaiyah has established herself as a dynamic force in writing, directing, and producing for stage and screen.
Her artistic journey began under the mentorship of Dr. Elaine Shouse Waller of Abundant Life Ministries in Virginia, where she directed and produced numerous impactful productions, including Testify, The Real Meaning of Christmas, and Let My People Go. After returning to South Carolina in 2006, she continued her creative endeavors, writing and directing Heaven or Hell and His Resurrection Power Still Testifies at New Jerusalem Church under Dr. Charlesetta C. Prioleau.
Rukaiyah’s career expanded into film and television, where she wrote, produced, and directed a range of projects, including When the Saints Testify stage play (2012) the Temptations stage play (2013), its web series (2014), and its sequel, Temptations 2: Love & War (2015). Her creative portfolio also includes Pillow Talk murder-mystery stage play (2016) and Pillow Talk 2: Secrets & Revenge (2017). From 2019 to 2020, she collaborated on unpublished works with Joi Reddon, marking the start of a lasting creative partnership.
In 2020, Rukaiyah faced the challenge of becoming disabled. With resilience and the support of her trusted collaborator Joi Reddon, she resumed her creative work, co-writing two pilot episodes of the television series Cash Flow in 2023. Together, they founded Out of The Box Cinemas in 2024, where they currently serve as executive producers, showrunners, and writers. Their debut project under this banner is the short horror film Impulsive.
Throughout her career, Rukaiyah has remained purpose-driven and committed to her craft. She is the Founder and CEO of No Limits Creation, a writing and production company dedicated to delivering imaginative and boundary-breaking stories. Rukaiyah cherishes time with her family, enjoys writing, and continues to pursue her passion for learning, having begun a master’s program in Special Education. Rukaiyah’s dedication, creativity, and perseverance make her a trailblazer in the world of arts and entertainment.
